Automatic 3 in 1 Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine

1. The structure introduction
a. Rinsing part
This machine is rotary rinser,mainly used in the washing of the new bottle of beverage,water ,then it brings the bottles to the filling machine to fill.
PET bottle enters the equipment through the divided bottle star steel,it is clamped by the clamp and turnover mechanism,then the bottle neck is overturned,next,the bacteria free water washes it til drain off, next,the PET bottle is upturned automatically to convey the filling machine by  the bottle output star steel.the main structure of this equipment and the parts that contacts with the washing liquid as well as external shield is made of high quality stainless steel.the gear transmit is open type.
The brand-new stainless steel clamp has simple structure,ajusts conveniently,it has little contacted areas with bottle neck,avoid the second pollution for the bottle neck effectively.
The water inlet of the rinser is equipped with pressure gage.
The rinser is euipped with water pan to recover the rinsing water.
The water volume per bottle is 105ml/s(0.25Mpa/h)
b.Filling part
Through introducing Germany technology,we design and manufature the filling machine on the basis of isobaric filling theory ,it realizes putting the liquid filing by the rinser in the bottle that is washed well.
The filling valve adopts isobaric mechanical valve,it fills rapidly, and the liquid level of the filling has high accuracy.
The centring oriented adopts guide rod with special bottle neck holding technology to ensure the sealing of bottle neck and the filing valve ,decreases the leakage of  the material from boe]ttle neck.

The main drive adopts gear drive (also called open combined transmission), it has advantages of high efficiency,lower noisy,long life span,maintenance convenient,lubrication well,it controls the main motor by transducer,this machine adopts stepless frerquency control.
The bottle guide system has simple structure,it can adjust  conveniently and fastly according to the shape of the bottle ,the complete machine adopts bottle neck to convey.
 
The complete machine adopts PLC automatic control ,it can show those faults online,such as bottle jam,cap shortage.
The liquid level of the material in the filling jar and the automatic liquid level control are tested by the liquid  level sensor to control
The key components and electrical element employ imported product.
c.Capping part
The part of the screwing cap wiii be screwed to the bottles that fills products well after the settlement of
the managing machine ,then those bottles wil be conveyed to the next process by the conveying chain.
The cap-tightener is moved by the rotary disk that is drived by the reduction gears, it makes the cap leave the hopper from the cover mouth under the function of centrifugal force.there are front and cntrary segration apparatus on the exit ,the cap drops into the returned tunnel when the contrary cap passes,the contrary cap is blowed into the hopper by wind power.Only the front cap can enter into the slide smoothly,the number of caps in the hopper is tested automatically by the photoelectricity to control the cap conveyor,som it can low the cap effectively.the front cap can enter into the fed plate when it enter into the slide,the driving plate that avoides cap turned on the slide ,in order to prevent accident,to ensure the cap enter into the fed plate correctly.Also ,a pair of photoelectricity switch is stocked on the slide,it stops the main machine when in finds there is no cap.There is a movable exit in front of the hopper can wipe off the cap damaged in the antitheft circle as well as clean the remaining cap in the hopper.
The screwing cap is magnetic, it has the function of overload protection, also, the screwing cap force is stable and reliable, avoids cap bite, high cap, crooked cap, roll rim.
